Sherilyn Fenn

Sheryl Ann Fenn was born on February 1, 1965 in Detroit Michigan. Known for her role in Twin Peaks, she also had the lead role in that horrible movie Boxing Helena. Her beauty is about the only redeeming quality of that trashy film.

The first time I saw her was in the mid-80s when she did one of those silly teen comedies Just One of the Guys, about a high school girl journalist who thinks that the only reason she's not having success as a journalist is because she's a girl. So she dresses up as a guy and manages to fool everyone. A campy, but cute movie, and she left behind a memorable scene.

At one time, she was engaged to Johnny Depp, one of the better active actors today.

I'd love to see her in a good comeback role. She's had her small roles recently, but nothing that really stands out.

"I like strong women - women who aren't victims but women who don't try to be like men. The world has certain rules - Hollywood has certain rules - but it doesn't mean you have to play by them, and I don't, or I'd be a miserable person."
