The Warrior and the Sorceress 1984

You ever see A Fistful of Dollars? This movie was the Sword and Sorcery version of it.

David Carradine plays Kane (surprise, surprise), a warrior who goes into a desert town with one well. The town has a problem - a lack of water. So you have two factions fighting for control of the well, and you have the innocent townspeople who are the victims in the feud.
