I went into the Titanic thinking I’d hate it. All the teenie-boppers loved it, and when it came out, I never heard the end of DiCaprio and Winslet. Now, I happen to like both actors, but still. Cameron also made one of my top 50 movies of all-time with Terminator 2.

I couldn’t stand his arrogance though. Cameron declared his work “the best movie of all-time,” which of course sets it up for disappointment. So I turned it on and lo and behold, it wasn’t a bad movie.
